The Minister has convened an all-star panel including, Chris Power, Co-Chair, HealthCareCAN Transitional Board of Directors. As President and CEO of Nova Scotia’s Capital Health, Ms. Power is a leader of innovation in a number of key areas, including the Palliative and Therapeutic Harmonization Clinic (PATH), an innovative health care service for frail elderly with multiple chronic health conditions. HealthCareCAN congratulates Ms. Power and all members of the panel for their commitment over the next year to shining a light on best practices and innovations that are essential to the well-being of Canadians.
