We are seeking an intrinsically motivated, engaging and dynamic individual to deliver strategic initiatives in a way that maximizes corporate, partner, and local community assets and resources, inspiration, and potential. The Catalyst will retain, attract, and expand high quality health sector employment in Town, as well as create public spaces, services and resources that promote health, happiness, well-being and social collisions.
You will create a strategy for developing and maintaining appropriate external connections and collaborative partnerships to enhance accessible service delivery, build system and community capacity in the area of health promotion and wellness. In addition, you will provide functional programming oversight for the new Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre (Health Hub) by providing direction and system coordination, as well as retain, attract and expand health sector employment within the Town of Innisfil, leveraging the Health Hub and opportunities presented by significantly increasing the health care offerings within the community.
The preferred candidate will have Post-Secondary Education specialization in Health Sciences or demonstrated equivalent experience. Your education is complemented by experience planning, directing and implementing community programs and fostering effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
With a focus on continuous improvement and delivering superior customer experiences, the preferred candidate will also possess exceptional ability to prioritize multiple demands, build trust, and recognize and leverage opportunities.
This is a one (1) year contract position that may be extended or become permanent subject to Council budget approval in 2020.
