To support this vision, Women’s College Hospital is seeking a Vice President, Finance, Partnerships and Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the executive team, you will play a key role in the stewardship of hospital financial resources. You will be responsible for strategic financial planning and lead the hospital’s budgetary and capital planning processes, while ensuring that standards of practice, code of ethics, current legislative and statutory requirements are incorporated into organizational financial management decision making. You will provide both operational and program support to the organization and direct the finance, decision support, and facilities departments. You will be the chief financial spokesperson for WCH.
As the ideal candidate, you are a financial executive with experience leading organizational change in a complex environment. You have a proven track record of creating and maintaining high-performing teams and are dedicated to learning and continuous improvement. You are a leader who sets direction and provides oversight to your teams but is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team to get the job done. You hold a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) – finance and accounting stream – designation. A postgraduate degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
