To support this vision, WCH is seeking a Vice President, Business, Technology and Chief Information Officer.
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Information Management portfolio including Information Technology and Information Systems. You will lead the development of WCH’s Information Management strategy and ensure its alignment with all aspects of corporate strategy relating to patient safety, operational efficiency and performance measurement.
As the ideal candidate, you bring a successful track record of strategic and operational leadership. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be key to collaborating with all stakeholders within Women’s College Hospital, its external partners and suppliers. You have significant experience managing, leading, motivating and developing multi-disciplinary teams of IT professionals; proven experience working with senior executives, committees or governing bodies; and experience in either a shared services IT environment or direct involvement in developing integrated systems involving technology, people and processes. Experience in an academic health care setting would be an asset.
