With a budget of over $700M and employing approximately 6350 staff, Health PEI oversees a diverse continuum of health services provided through its hospitals, primary care network, public long-term care nursing facilities, and community-based programs and services. Highly committed to ensuring the ongoing delivery of safe and quality health care, Health PEI’s vision is to be PEI’s One Island Health System supporting improved health for all Islanders.
In January 2021, Health PEI realigned its leadership structure to create a stronger organization, by streamlining decision-making, breaking down barriers between programs, improving overall coordination of the health care system and providing responsive services to the increasing needs of Islanders. It is within this exciting context that Health PEI is now seeking an Executive Director, Community Health and Senior’s Care.
