Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer, and as part of the Senior Management Team, the Vice President Experience, Transformation and Social Accountability leads Holland Bloorview’s commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Anti-Racism Accountabilities (IDEAA), Quality, Safety and Performance, Collaborative Practice, Client and Family Integrated Care, and Transitions & Community Partnerships.
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented individual to lead a complex and multi-layered portfolio which includes programming that provides care and support to address the social determinants of health and services that enhance the skills and competence of health care providers and participants in our programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep skills in enhancing the quality of healthcare, and accountability to families and partners, while remaining committed to safety and performance, underlaid with foundational inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible practices. Highly strategic, yet able to personally deliver, you will thrive working in an entrepreneurial and fast paced culture. You have impeccable relationship building skills that allow you to build trusted relations both with families and other partners.
