Combined Laboratory / X-Ray Technologist I
This vacancy is eligible for the Recruitment Incentive. Relocation assistance may be available with a Return of Service Agreement. Swan Hills, with its population of 1,201, is a small town in northern Alberta surrounded by Big Lakes Country, located approximately 80 kms north of Whitecourt. Swan Hills’ scenic wilderness makes it a popular year-round destination for nature enthusiasts and outdoor adventuring, including camping, hunting, fishing, and ATV riding. While the primary industry in Swan Hills is oil and gas, the Swan Hills Treatment Centre, north of town, as well as the Swan Hills Healthcare Centre and service centre for the logging industry are also major employers for this charming community. As a successful candidate, you will be a member of the interdisciplinary team where you will be responsible for providing exemplary patient care by applying the regional policies, procedures and work ranging from basic to highly complex procedures and activities within the x-ray and laboratory departments.
