This is a multi-site position based out of the St. Paul Community Health Services. This position provides services at the St. Paul Community Health Services site, St Paul Healthcare Centre and Elk Point Healthcare Centre. This role is an integral member of our very supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Your days will be busy as you work to the full scope of practice of a SLP with clients who have various needs. You will assess, create care plans and treat using evidence-based practices as you make a difference in the lives of your clients.
You will possess an understanding of how patients and family are at the center of care strategies to build inclusive environments that reflect the needs and supports required for the populations that we serve. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required in building and maintaining relationships.
