COVID-19 frontline healthcare needs funds
HealthCareCAN is pleased to be partnering with the McConnell Foundation and Nourish to offer a pair of funds to help healthcare organizations meet frontline healthcare needs in light of COVID-19:
- COVID-19 Frontline Healthcare Staff Support Fund – administered by HealthCareCAN
- Food Rx: COVID-19 Patient Food Security Fund – administered by Nourish
Excellence in Patient Engagement for Patient Safety
HealthCareCAN, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute and Health Standards Organization, with support from Patients for Patient Safety Canada, have partnered to identify, celebrate and disseminate leading practices in patient engagement for patient safety.
Legacy of Leadership Award
HealthCareCAN recognizes and values the long term impact that health leaders have in shaping the health system. The Legacy of Leadership Award recognizes exceptional individuals who have made long-lasting and outstanding contributions to advancing Canada’s health system and have demonstrated significant and sustained commitment toward the enhancement of the health of Canadians.
