That is why we highlighted the fact that while the recently released federal budget provided some much-needed funding support for health and health research, Canadians need more from their federal government. Canadians need sustained federal leadership and strategic action to support innovation and transformation in health.

Toronto General Hospital, was recognized alongside the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and others as among the 10 best hospitals in the world in Newsweek’s global ranking. The ranking references 1,000 institutions and is managed by a global market research company in partnership with Newsweek magazine.
