Island Health is looking to hire physicians in modern urban centres alongside rural coastal communities, all set against a stunning natural backdrop with access to year-round outdoor recreation. Physicians will work within integrated care teams alongside specialists, family physicians, midwives, and nursing staff. Opportunities to participate in teaching are available through the University of British Columbia Island Medical Program, including involvement with postgraduate residency training.

We are seeking providers committed to continuous learning who will deliver culturally safe, patient-centred care in a supportive and team-based environment.

Remuneration is fee-for-service, with additional on-call compensation through MOCAP.
